The required services are to support the ongoing and future support of the OPICS Software application.
Position: OPICS Technical Consultant
Location: Dublin
Details: Initially 9 months
Start: ASAP
Rate: Market Rate
Providing support including problem resolution for projects involving the following OPICS v6.1 modules; SWAPS, Call & Notice, Deposit & Loans, FX and FX Options.
Providing 2nd level support including problem resolution for the production OPICS v6.1 application running on SQL Server 2000.
Managing and participating in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of system changes.
Running the end-of-day process for a number of OPICS v6.1 projects and troubleshooting any issues encountered.
The specific requirements are:
At least 5 years experience working with OPICS and other Treasury IT applications is essential.
Technical experience of OPICS (MISYS) running on SQL Server 2000 is essential.
Proven track record of working on OPICS support and projects
Excellent knowledge of design principals
Good Back End technical knowledge of SQL Server
Good understanding of Opics interfaces techniques.
