Description
A senior business analyst/change manager is required to work on a finance transformation project looking at re-engineering their current finance processes. The business analyst/change manager must have an in depth understanding of finance change within the insurance and/or re-insurance industry. The main stakeholders on this project will be finance and actuary's so the candidate must have a proven track record of implementing change within these and/or similar functions. The candidate will have a proven track record of delivering change within the insurance industry.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive process re-engineering experience
- Insurance or life insurance experience
- Understanding of finance change and BAU process
