CHANGE MANAGER contract opportunity within the IT function of a leading Australian brand, on an exciting long term project with an attractive daily rate & great chances of multiple extensions.

They are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead, advise, coach and support project teams in implementing change with a focus on solution acceptance. This role will have an impact across the entire organisation.
Role responsibilities will include:
- Define Change: Facilitate the development and communication of a clear vision and strategy for the change with the Business Owner, Sponsor and project team
- Plan Change: Support project teams in identifying, managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders and facilitate the development of plans for managing the impact of change on people (role descriptions, organisational structure, training, communications), process and systems
- Implement Change: Facilitate the assessment of stakeholder readiness for change, identification and resolution of key change risks and issues and support planning to progress change readiness
- Sustain Change: Facilitate the post implementation review to measure internalisation and acceptance of change and develop plans to ensure sustainability
- Communication: Facilitate the creation of a communications plan and advise on key message, content and approach for communication activities, implementing where appropriate
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in developing the change framework and developing change capability through coaching, leading training and on the job reinforcement of change management principles
