Spring IT have a new contract requirement for a FINANCE BUSINESS ANALYST to work in Surrey on a Large Financial Transformation Project.

BACKGROUND AND KEY SKILLS
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to be responsible for the production of business analysis deliverables supporting major financial transformation within the RDR programme.
You will ensure that through these deliverables the requirements of the business division are fully and accurately represented and assist with the development and implementation of both the IT and non IT elements of the project.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively with all levels of users to gather business requirements.
* Clearly and concisely articulate business requirements to the development team in the required formats.
* Work collaboratively with the IT community and business customers to deliver the business requirements.
* Understand both the strategies of the Workplace Savings Division and the Group to ensure that the goal of requirements is aligned with those strategies.
* Liaise with business representatives at all levels in the organisation to facilitate the effective resolution of issues
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
* Thorough understanding of Business Analysis tools and techniques
* Financial Services experience
* Experience of large finance transformation projects
* Core skills in issue resolution
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms to Stakeholders at all levels in the organisation both within the client and third party suppliers
* Strong negotiation skills to enable facilitation of issue resolution with key internal business customers.
* Proven experience in making effective decisions.
* Quality and delivery focused, creative, self starter with the ability to influence and persuade.
* Independent, able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
* Dynamic and flexible.
* Respond well to changing priorities from different sources.
* Must be able handle stressful customer situations with poise.
* Enjoys challenge, is comfortable in a changing environment and adapt easily to new responsibilities and priorities.
