The ideal candidate will have: -
1.) Previous experience working with Cisco Contact Centre Enterprise (Essential)
2.) Previous experience as Cisco Engineer
3.) Must be good team player with attention to detail
4.) Must be self-disciplined, able to manage their own time and workload, as well as being proactive and motivated
5.) Must be eligible to work in Norway (Essential)
6.) Will be CCIP/CCIE Certified
