Contract Performance & Relationship Manager
We have an urgent requirement for a Contract Performance & Relationship Manager to be responsible for the day to day performance management of the In-sourcing/Out-sourcing third party suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the contract and working positively with third party suppliers during the mobilisation and business as usual phase. You will also be responsible for the project management of any new mobilisations with existing or new suppliers during expansion of the In-sourcing/Out-sourcing initiative.

Essential Skills:
- Experience of the Procurement cycle, including tenders, appropriate terms and conditions through to contract award and ongoing management
- Experience of procurement across a wide and varied portfolio of products and services
- Experience in the operational management and implementation of service improvement, and working with senior clinicians and multidisciplinary teams at senior level
- Project management experience
- Contract Management of multiple and large, high value agreements whilst maintaining agreed contract standards
- Ability to review current service provision, and implement change in a systematic manner
- Evidence of working in a complex organisation setting (dispersed sites).
- Experience both within the Public and Private sector
- Proven motivational skills to encourage collaborative working between stakeholders
- Able to write reports in a concise and relevant manner, often with short time scale
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity, diplomacy and influencing skills
- Ability to liaise with outside agencies, and diplomatically negotiate solutions as necessary, as well externally promotes relevant services.
- Knowledge of EC Procurement Policy
- Knowledge of contract terms and commercial legislation, including Service Level Agreements
- Knowledge of working with partner organisations to develop and deliver a commissioned service.
- Has detailed knowledge in the working of the NHS, the recent changes and the impact on the clinical services

- Ability to apply call centre operational experience across a range of difference call centre environments
- Good working knowledge of technical aspects of forecasting and capacity planning procedures
- Good working knowledge of call centre technologies and how best to use these in the appropriate environment
