Description
Our client, a large Financial Services organisation based in Edinburgh has an exciting opportunity for a Resource Analyst to join a shared service resource team.
You will be required to work with Programme Leads to identify contractor resource requirements for the duration of the Programme, initiate new contractor requests and contract extensions, liaise with central resource teams to request for CVs, arrange interviews and offer roles. You will also be required to manage resource MI to accurately reflect the resource on each Programme.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as either a Resource Analyst or Resource Lead within a Financial Services PMO structure. You will have experience of working with external suppliers, and you must have great attention to detail with regards to managing Resource MI.
