Proficient knowledge and experience with RIP v2, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP routing protocols including ACL's, route maps, distribution lists, AAA, and route manipulation.
Proficient knowledge and experience configuring multicast such as PIM, IGMP, RP, DR, and SPT.
Proficient knowledge and experience in L2 switching including VLANs, 802.1Q STP, PVST+, MST, 802.1D, QOS configuration and COS/DSCP table manipulation, and EtherChannel configuration.
Proficient knowledge ad experience with WAN technologies such as Frame Relay, ATM, and MPLS.
Proficient knowledge and experience creating and maintaining complex Visio network diagrams.
Proficient knowledge and experience with MS Office products such as Word and Excel.
After normal business hours scheduled downtime maintenance work.

Education/Experience
Bachelor of Science, MIS or related field (accredited institution)
Certifications (Must be Active and Certifiable): CCNP, CCDP, MCSE 2003, Security+
Certified in QOS with VOIP implementation experience.
4 year's experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Routers and Switches
2 years experience configuring and troubleshooting Fortinet Firewall
4 year's experience in TCP, IP, UDP
5 year's experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
5 years direct experience working in the IT industry of which 20 must have been as a Network Systems Engineer or above.
5 year's experience working with State of Florida WAN technologies including Frame Relay and MPLS backbones.
5 years technical, engineering, and phone support experience for Enterprise Wide Area Networks.
3 years direct experience in project operations as the technical lead

Level 3 Technical Support for DOH
Maintain Updated Visio Diagrams of the Network
Network Design Consulting
Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Cisco Router and Switch Configurations
Fortinet Firewall Configurations
