Job Purpose
Support and drive RPF responses, selection, and communication.
Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects (at times with assistance) - full life cycle (planning and requirements through construction, testing and implementation - standards for project management (IT-PMM) and Governance Check-point processes)
Obtains, sometimes determines, staffing requirements and forms project teams
Develops detailed project plans and schedules using established standards.
Provides work direction and leadership to assigned project teams, including scheduling, assignment of work and review of project efforts.
Proactively monitors the project plan (milestones and critical path dates), identifying and resolving issues and assessing variances.
Gathers metrics, and develops and implements changes (per standard approval processes) to ensure that the project remains within scope, and is within time, cost and quality objectives.
Provides the team with constructive feedback as it pertains to project performance.
Leverages others and own past experiences to identify potential areas of improvement

Capabilities
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
Preferred PMI certified
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Project Management capacity
Must have minimum 5 years of managing multicultural teams with the following deliverables
Movement of production data centers load from one location to new location
Planning from core infrastructure build out to application migration
Working with multiple vendors and internal teams
Disaster Recovery coordination, planning and execution
Infrastructure knowledge a plus for Windows OS, HP UNIX, IBM server hardware, blade Servers, SAN Storage implementation, local area network and Switches, data and voice integration, backup and recovery software, monitoring and scheduling software, etc.
Good project management skills - ability to manage issues such as project schedules, costs, and vendors (when applicable). Prior experience in the design, evaluation, recommendation, planning and execution of technical infrastructure is required.
