We are pleased to be able to offer a unique Project Management opportunity with a well respected Queensland based client.
An established SAP environment has already delivered significant value to the organisation which in turn has led to a commitment to continue to invest in further enhancements to the technical environment. As part of this ongoing investment, the organisation is looking to develop some additional functionality around their global SAP HCM systems, specifically focusing on the remuneration areas, and will need a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the work.
Key areas of expertise successful applicants should demonstrate include:
1. An ability to work within a Prince 2 framework for project delivery and experience having worked within significantly process driven project environments.
2. Strong stakeholder management experience. Key to success in the position will be your ability to
work with a variety of internal customers and use influencing skills to ensure projects are delivered
successfully while negotiating sometimes conflicting stakeholder priorities.
3. At least two successful SAP project deliveries to date. While the work you will initially undertake is very much centered around the HR suite of SAP, we are open to the specific functional background of a candidate's previous work as long as they have worked within large SAP environments and have an appreciation for what HR projects will involve.
4. Experience in projects involving significant data migration components.
