Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Cost Manager to join their team.
The main duties will involve the following (but not limited to):
- Establish, manage and develop the cost control resource base by managing the consistent and effective application of human resources to cost control
- Develop project controls execution plan
- Manage the consistent and effective application of client's cost management standards and procedures
- To develop and maintain a cost conscious environment
Skills required for the role include: (but not limited to):
- 12 + years cost control and managerial experience
- Degree or trades experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, ie Excel, Access and Word
- Maintain a high standard of communication/interface with other cost and project control personnel
- Ensure through quality practices that work is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
