Roles and responsibility includes:
- Be called upon to run smaller projects as well as 'matrix' PM responsibilities across multiple projects/workstreams.
- Liaison with the technical teams as required.
- Be able to provide comprehensive project status updates, create project plans, management presentations, etc.
- Create processes for coordinating multiple customer/employee facing merger related activities.
- Be able to get into the trenches and help create the project plans and Visio diagrams, senior/executive level presentations.
- Exposure/interaction with senior management levels across multiple businesses.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years experience in Project Management
- Successful demonstrated experience with customer and employee facing merger 'image' transition projects and activities.
- Corporate Communications and HR business process knowledge and experience required.
- IT application knowledge and experience required (including Internet/Intranet). MS Project, Visio, MS Office, Accenture/ADM and/or SDLC experience.
- Familiarity with wide range of HR process components including: Legal, Internal/External Communications, Branding, Operations Consolidations, etc. Senior Program/Project Management experience.
- Experiences with web based applications.
