Description
Anteo Group has an immediate need for a seniorNET Developer in Atlanta, GA. As a .NET Developer, you will play an integral part in an enterprise-level initiative. This will be a 3-6 month contract to hire role, looking to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with team members across multiple disciplines (development, engineering, and creative).
Passionate about providing technology solutions to business problems while taking advantage of new software patterns and architectures.
Designing and developing new applications from the ground up including documentation and leading a small development team through the full application life cycle.
You need to be as good with people as you are with code.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years of software development experience with recent experience as the lead developer on multiple concurrent projects
Windows and Web Development experience in a Microsoft environment including:
o .NET 4.0/C#/Visual Studio 2010
o ASP.NET/MVC
o HTML, JavaScript, CSS
o Any experience with Sitecore CMS is a big plus
Strong SQL Database Design and Development preferably utilizing LINQ or Entity Framework
o Data Design/Schema Definition
o Writing and maintaining of Stored Procedures and Indexes
o Data Warehousing, SSRS and SSIS experience a plus
Solid understanding of and experience using web services. We currently have SOAP web services in place but will be moving to a WCF/RESTful architecture
Experience working with professional Content Management Solutions preferably Umbraco
Architecting with Object Oriented Analysis & Design mindset
You MUST know how to use Source Control. We use Subversion. GIT, CVS or Team Foundation Server are acceptable alternatives.
