My leading financial services client requires a Resource Analyst for an immediate start
The purpose of the Resource Analyst is to:
1) Work with stakeholders to identify contractor resource requirements for the duration of the Programme.
2) Liaise with stakeholders to communicate any changes to the contractor recruitment process eg new rate cards & cost cutting policies.
3) Initiate new contractor requests and contract extensions via approval governance.
4) Liaise with the business to request for CVs, arrange interviews and offer roles.
5) Manage resource MI to accurately reflect the resource on each Programme. Including rates, Line Managers, contract expiry dates, work location etc
Our clients requires candidates to come from a financial services background demonstrating the above areas experience within that sector.
