Our client, a retail bank based in Edinburgh, is looking for a strong Resource Planner to join a transformation Programme.

Role responsibilities

To plan, schedule and manage training activities

Manage resourcing plans (internal and external recruitment over 200 people)

Ensuring all activities are planned correctly.

Responsible for reporting MI

Provide on-going resource planning support to the Management team, by reviewing operational demands and solving day-to-day business issues.

Produce regular Management Information reports as well as ad-hoc reports when required.

Key Skills

Technically competent in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint

Experience of Microsoft Project & Visio

  • Excellent knowledge of forecasting methodologies and how these apply to customer services areas.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workforce Management and Call Centre MI tools.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of Management.
