Description
My client is a key player in the IPTV/DTV technology vendor market.
They have recently secured a major project with a T1 in Brazil and are close to securing a follow up project with a T1 in Mexico.
They are looking for a candidate to take an Operational Consultant role for one or both of the projects.
Both customers are Greenfields, launching Pay TV services.
The correct individual will be responsible for helping their Operations teams to
- develop internal processes
- implement the processes (customer care, maintenance and support, provisioning, etc.)
- build-up competence
- The candidate must have previous experience in Pay TV Operations
- Language: Portuguese+Spanish+English (preferred)/Spanish+English (good option)/only English (still acceptable)
- First assignment: 2-3 months in Brazil
- Second assignment (to be confirmed): 2-3 month in Mexico
