Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently searching for a Manual Tester for one of our largest clients in Anoka, Minnesota.

This consultant will be a manual test analyst on the test team and will be responsible for test development, test execution and defect reporting and tracking. The test team is responsible for ensuring the quality of one of our most important, applications related to Finance and accounting.
The test team is a highly collaborative team utilizing concepts from waterfall and agile development methodologies. To support collaboration, the Business Analysts, developers and testers sit close together.
The programs are mainly done on iSeries so we are seeking out someone with a strong background of testing iSeries (Green Screen) applications.
To be successful in this environment, a consultant must be able to learn quickly, figure out how things work with little guidance, be collaborative, have solid SQL skills, be committed to the success of a release and be flexible when the content of a release changes or the requirements in a story changes, etc.
