Minimum required experience or skill set

At least 10 years work experience
At least 5 years experience as a business analyst including system or IT interaction
Demonstrated skill developing and articulating complex process flows
At least 2 years of business experience in health care
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Self starter with the ability to work toward a stated objective with minimal oversight
Team player with a can do attitude
Excellent follow through

Additional preferred experience or skill set

3 Years in the health care insurance industry analysing business functional or operational areas
5 Years experience analysing business processes
3 Years health care experience
