Quality Assurance Lead

Description

• Participate with architects, designers, and developers throughout the entire SDLC to ensure that products meet customer expectations.
• Assist the organization with understanding the current functioning and impact of proposed changes to product lines.
• Help to define Business Requirements and Functional Requirements.
• Ensure that software performs as documented and that it cannot be broken once it gets into the hands of the customer, with specific focus on performance testing.
• Validate use cases that will drive performance of the application.
• Leads cross functional teams.
• Schedule testing tasks for teams of analysts and update manager on progress.
• Ensure that functional testing for entire product line is of high quality.
• Complete tasks within a reasonable, agreed upon time frame.
• Ensure all deliverables are of high quality.

• Expertise in LoadRunner, MS Word, QTP, or Selenium for functional testing.
• Understanding of the complete end-to-end functioning of a product from the customer perspective as well as the internal functioning of the product.
