Description:This position will be responsible for the strategic design of professional development programs for new hire and incumbent direct sales staff within the ABS sales organization. Establishes objectives for, and creates, develops, and administers, in whole or in part, a professional development program including sales techniques and presentations, product and product applications information, and overall professional sales skills development. Continuously evaluates progress to ensure professional development activities are teaching sales representatives the characteristics and applications of company products and how to effectively sell products.
