Description:
1) Indirect procurement support. Source suppliers, submit information to supervisor, coordinate payment terms, control and organize services, place orders.
2) Monitor payments. Assist HR category manager in ad hoc requests.
3) Utilize templates to collect required data from suppliers and review with category leads, work with internal and external contacts, category lead and suppliers, manage/report on progress against timelines.
Skills/Experience:
1) Written/verbal communication ability to develop communication to convey needs and report on progress.
2) Excel/Office proficiency.
3) Fluent in use of Office tools to gather required information.
4) Analytical mind set.
5) Understand Emptoris contract database, contract tracking technology.
6) Project management.
7) Ability to manage timelines/milestones, and escalate issues that arise.
8) Good interpersonal skills.
