DESCRIPTIONThe Product Supply Business Analyst will be responsible for the execution of Product Supply Chain Strategies and the integration of these strategies within the business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business unit teams.
- Perform regular & ad-hoc reporting for fix and sustain initiatives as well as ongoing reporting on various aspects of the business.
- Provide analysis, project management and reporting various aspects of fix and sustain initiatives.
- Provide linkage to the various BUs, Customer Service, Transportation, Distribution, HQ and other organizational divisions as deemed necessary to enable successful program executions.
- Perform analysis decision support and reporting to drive service improvements across CS&L.
- Provide expert analysis in the area of understanding, accessing and reconciling data and converting it into actionable information while adding analytical, business knowledge based, insights for management.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to optimize programs and projects by tracking progress, providing status and cost efficiencies for current and proposed initiatives.
- Facilitate, support and lead various center projects and initiatives.
- Lead and interact across CS&L to understand and provide requirements of back to basic supply chain programs to improve service and decrease costs.
- Responsible for frequent contact and communication with area center team.
- Frequent interaction with BU, Center, SC, Logistics, HQ, Sales, Finance, and Shared Services.
- Work closely with various business analyst, center support and COE.
- Business experience in CS, sales, finance, SC, Logistics. (2 years)
- Strong experience in MS Office, Business Intelligence, Access. (1 year)
- Ability to retrieve, apply, analyze, structure and interpret data. (2 years)
- Strong understanding of Product Supply. (2 years)
- Project Management skills. (2 years)
- Knowledge in areas such as Financials, A/R, SC, Logistics and AC.
- Must possess strength in the areas: strategic agility, dealing with ambiguity, problem solving and influencing up, down and across the organization.
- Expertise in industry knowledge trends, capabilities, emerging efficiencies, and individual business situations.
- Strong data analyst and interpersonal skills, business knowledge.
- Capable of effective relationships and negotiations between teams.
- Strong aptitude for technical learning and knowledge of updated tools available.
- Effective communication skills to provide individuals information so that they can make accurate decisions in a timely manner.
