The Opportunity
My client currently is seeking to hire an experienced SAP HR Consultant to work on a number of company wide initiatives
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Understanding the operation and functionality of the SAP HR Core Model.
* Configuring the system in the following areas to meet business requirements
o Personnel Administration
Work Schedules - for Time & Attendance
Absences
Evaluation Paths
Actions
Dynamic Actions
* Process knowledge in Performance Management and Succession Management
* Derive list of enhancements based on the requirements documents and deliver these enhancements, through completion of the relevant customisation and completion of technical specifications and liaison with programmers
* Testing execution
* Train assigned users on system familiarisation
* Complete assigned master data and authorisations tasks relevant to the functional area
* Assist in the go-live transition planning and execution
* Any other tasks assigned by the HR Team Lead
Education and Experience
* Previous SAP HR implementation experience in at least two full ERP implementations
* Ideally SAP Certified in HR module on Version 6.0
* Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline ( eg Computer Science, Business or Engineering)
* Strong cross-functional SAP knowledge
