FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a SQL Developer for our client in Limerick. This is a maternity leave contract for a period of 7-10 months. Maintain and enhance SQL server datamarts, ETL Procedures and Business Objects universes Responsibilities: Monitor existing production environment and respond to any issues that arise. Understand and clarify requirements for enhancement or extensions to existing data marts. Design changes Upgrade data mart structures per design Upgrade ETL and supporting stored procedures and SSIS packages. Support testing effort Manage migration of changes from development through acceptance to production environments.
Qualifications/Requirements:
At least 4 years experience maintaining MS SQL server (2005 and higher) databases in a DTAP environment At least 4 years development experience in MS SQL server (2005 and higher) using stored procedures, triggers, views, SSIS etc Capable of designing, modelling and understanding multidimensional databases. Business Objects experience strongly desirable Must have experience of working in medium to large corporations Must be self-motivated and self-driven Fluent English Willingness to travel on company business
