Seeking a Crystal Reports Developer. We are looking for somebody who can deliver quality results in a demanding environment; must be able to work with minimal supervision. Knowledge working with Yardi property management software, Finance or Government agency is a plus. The primary data source will be from SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating external and internal reports.
• Responsible for designing and implementing complex ad-hoc queries and views.
• Responsible for creating high level reports that can be drilled down into details.
• Create stored procedures, triggers and queries.
• Knowledgeable of Sql Server Report Services.
• Work with business analysts to document requirements and prepare time estimates for all reports to be developed.
• Develop, test, and deploy reports to the business.
• Develop and implement data conversion processes and plans.
• Must follow Implementation Methodology, develop reports in development environment, promote through test and then to production; based on scheduled deliverable dates.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Experience and Skills Required:

• 3-4 years Crystal Reports 10 and higher.
• Experienced using Crystal Reports in an enterprise environment.
• Solid understanding of relation databases (analysis, design, and data modelling).
• Proficient with SQL with 3 - 5 year experience.
• Knowledge of SQL database, queries and stored procedures.
• Knowledgeable of SQL Server Report Services.
• Associates Degree or higher preferred.
• Understanding of OLAP.
• Service client environment.
• Working knowledge of SQL Scripting.
• Create stored procedures, triggers and queries.
