Our client is the biggest name in the software industry seeking a Content Writer and Developer to assist the organization that manages ISV's in the global partner ecosystem. This group delivers the next generation of Apps in client priority platforms such as widely used operating systems, mobile phones, cloud services, etc.
OVERVIEW:
- Develop one page "How-To" guides
- Develop tutorials with product screenshots
- Create webcasts
- Write wiki pages
- Develop newsletters template
- Organize the content according to user preference and tool features
- Deliver/record training sessions for users
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years experience working with Microsoft CRM Dynamics (version 2011 preferred)
- Excellent cross-group collaboration, writing and communication skills
- Excellent customer focus and empathy
- Proven ability to take user requirements and develop content to address those requirements
- 5+ years experience using Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project, Lync
- Must be able to create a wiki page in SharePoint
- Help desk and readiness skills a plus, possibility of contract extension after launch
- Recent college graduate preferred
- Some tech communications background a plus
