Description
A well known finance company URGENTLY seeking a Middle Office Senior Business Analyst. You will ideally have CRM experience and be able to work with both the business and IT. You will lead the company in promoting, implementing project plans, establishing stakeholder groups, and running workshops. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role in the city.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management/interviews in order to determine existing business processes, business requirements and technologies
- Facilitate formal requirements gathering workshops
- Perform quantitative analysis and investigation
- Identify business processes using Visio and Six Sigma
- Produce and maintain appropriate business documentation
- Assist in development of test cases and scenarios for use during any Proof of Concept.Secure requirement sign off from stakeholders
- Identify, log and manage issues and risks
Provide regular reporting on task progress - Develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant internal and external parties
- Ensure alignment of activities to the project schedule.
Essential Criteria:
- 5+ years previous experience in Banking & Finance ideally within a markets and traded products environment
- Thorough understanding of the customer life cycle management process though front, middle and Back Office.
- Advanced Middle Office and CRM administration skills (workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, field updates)
- An understanding of regulatory concerns and implications covering data sovereignty, use of cloud based solutions
- Datamodelling principles, design and best practices for new solution delivery alongside complex Legacy environments
- Self-motivated, with ability to drive out tasks with broad supervision
- High level PC skills and expertise in MS Office applications (Word, Excel), Visio & Project
