My client is a leading Financial Services company who are looking for a IT Support Team Manager to join their organisation on an initial three month contract.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide leadership to the IT Support function of the business, you will ensure that business receives the highest possible level of service.
Importantly you will provide input on SLA's, how to improve standards therefore any knowledge of ITIL priniciples could be of interest.
Due to the urgency of this role, we are looking for candidates who have previous banking or financial services experience who can start ASAP.
