On behalf of a large international client, I am urgently recruiting for an IT procurement analyst.
Purpose of the role is to:
* To undertake supply market analysis (understand trends, cost drivers etc.)
* Direct relationship with stakeholders to make sure that contracts cover HSEE needs
* Assist Sourcing & Supplier Management Supervisor to develop sourcing strategies and implementation plans
* Provide direction in strategy development, targets setting, strategic sourcing and supplier optimization
* Management of commercial negotiations.
* Proactive identification of opportunities for cost reduction along with new business development activities.
* Ensure Procurement Standards are clearly understood, communicated and applied
* Ensure compliance with Procurement Handbook and CIT directives.
* Manage RFx teams
The right candidate has more than 5 years of experience in Procurement, with a focus on ICT or high technology areas & multinationals and multicultural environments. Professional knowledge of IT Strategic Sourcing (must include software, hardware, consultancy services, outsourcing projects).
You must have a proven background in cross functional projects & teams and about 3 years of experience of dealing with very senior stakeholders.
