Senior Radio Planner 2G 3G
Senior Radio Planner 2G 3G, The Engineering Organization implements annually a large number of projects in network expansion and optimization. The projects are usually implemented in conjunction with engineers within the company's various infrastructure areas as well as external suppliers. For these projects both the technical and organizational complexity is high. The profile will be working in the section Radio Implementation. The primary tasks will be within the expansion and modernization of infrastructure, including
Radio planning of new GSM, UMTS and LTE sites
Quality Monitoring (eg. Coverage measurements and other KPIs)
Perform customer specific designs
Technical reporting
Participate in various inter-organizational projects
Task coordination with partners
Coordination and follow up on planned expansions
Handover new builds to Operations
Performance optimization of radio networks
The profile
The ideal profile is a telecommunications engineer, but other relevant skills might also be considered (eg Telecom Technician). It is expected that the profile has a good knowledge of and a proven experience in radio propagation and in designing radio network.
