Experis is the global leader in professional resourcing and we are seeking a switched on Administrator to assist with and take ownership of the administration duties that are involved in the recruitment process within our Engineering Practice team. The ideal candidate will be very organised and proactive, will have excellent telephone skills and be comfortable talking to people of all levels.

We are a professional, high achieving team recruiting for Engineering and IT roles. We are very welcoming, have plenty of banter and have a great rapport with each other. This position has come about as we are incredibly busy and have decided that we could use some support and grow our team.

Contractor compliance is essential for the security of our clients and therefore we are looking for an Administrator to help collate and document these.

The key responsibilities would include:

  • Updating and maintaining client and candidate information
  • Managing the candidate on boarding process
  • Collating compliancy documents including ID's, interview packs, Basic Disclosure applications, bank statements and p45 information
  • Obtaining employee and character references
  • Liaise with candidates, other departments (primarily Contractor Care), businesses and account managers by telephone and email
  • Advertising vacancies on job boards

Supporting the team with any other ad hoc duties
