ROLE: Communications Analyst

SKILLS: Retail Banking/Divestment/London/up to £400.00 per day

Our client a leading retail bank requires a communications specialist to create customer and colleague communications in light of changes being made to the credit card domain.

Purpose of the role

Production of Q&A's to support Communications and Complaint Responses Liaison with Central Products Communications teams Manage review and sign off processes to meet critical milestones

Core Skills

  • Project Management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience of writing customer facing Communication material essential

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in integration and divestment projects & programmes
  • Experience in Retail banking
  • Experience in Business implementation
  • Communication material writing and production
