SQL Server Developer - T-SQL, SSIS & SSAS - W2 Consultants Only!
Heavy work in SQL Server optimization, logical design, and SSIS.
ROLE:
- Design, develop, implement and support database objects such as, stored procedures, functions, triggers, tables, views etc., that meet business requirements
- Perform software development, unit testing and debugging, which may include the development of new software, reuse of existing code, modification of existing programs, or integration of purchased solutions
- Work with Business Analysts, other team members and clients to review the business requirements and translate them into database objects
- Work with Database Administration, Systems Administration and Operations personnel to support the implementation of applications into production
- Receive general supervision from the project leader, and work independently through the phases of the software development life cycle
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 4 to 6 years of experience in development in T-SQL
- Strong knowledge of SSIS and SSAS
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server performance tuning
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008
- Experience in Database Administration using SQL Server or Oracle is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent English
