The Senior SICS expert will provide technical support for maintaining and supporting the SICS Environment for the Reinsurance Client. Incumbent will closely work with Reinsurance Development Team, Reporting team and functional leaders. Primary skill set required for this position is SICS expertise but experience with Business Objects is also needed.
Responsibilities
SICS:
Provide Technical support for SICS application and its components in all SDLC environments
As per the need assist business with developing Data Migration scripts and tasks related to Extraction Layer, refreshing Config master, running MTK and Reconciliation.
Provide technical support to SICS Administration team for user setup, business process security and data sensitivity security.
Testing and implementation of SICS service packs, patches and hot fixes.
Troubleshooting issues raised by users within SICS application and its components like EDI Parser, Batch jobs, Interfaces to modelling apps.
Provide technical support in setting up SICS Inbound and Outbound Interfaces.
Provide support in maintaining EDI Parser and Batch Jobs and ensuring continuous availability.
Troubleshooting issues related to SICS integration points with other apps or services.
Developing and modifying Sql scripts for SICS MultiGaap.
Providing technical guidance from SICS side in terms of Data Model to downstream application development teams.
Responding to Monitoring alerts and assisting SMO group in troubleshooting SICS issues.
BusinessObjects:
Provide technical support for Business Objects in all SDLC environments
Troubleshoot performance issues.
