Our client offers Managed Service Programmes to a number of large blue chip companies across the UK and Europe. They are currently seeking an RPO Relationship Manager to be based on site with a global pharmaceutical company. You will provide delivery, management and continual improvement of the RPO by carrying out the end to end recruitment process for permanent hires across the UK and Ireland
You will be responsible for the overall operational delivery of the RPO, identifying and developing relationships with the client's stakeholders, business managers, suppliers and candidates.
You will have a proven track record in the Recruitment Industry or HR with experience of providing a professional customer-focused service. Knowledge of recruitment systems would be an advantage.
This is a fixed-term role for 9 months.
