Finance Business Partner
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Finance Business Partner
to work for a global, market leading financial services provider for an initial 5 month contract based in London.
The successful Finance Business Partner will be required play a key element in the ability to manage and control our global cost base. Reporting to the Director, Head of Infrastructure Business Partners - Cost, the role will be responsible for managing the relationship with the Operations function and providing the day-to-day financial support.
The Finance Business Partner will be required to;
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Operations management team, providing support and guidance on cost related financial processes and procedures
- Manage and control cost base over month-end cycle
- Review and improve the production of the BarCorp cost management reporting suite for key executive stakeholders
- Co-ordinate and manage the cost inputs for the annual planning and forecasting functions within BarCorp including the annual budget (STP), the 3-year outlook (MTP) and the regular intra-year re-forecasting cycles (RAF)
- Design & co-ordinate the production of necessary ad-hoc cost analysis
To be considered for this position the Sourcing Manager successful will have;
- Strong customer service mentality, with proven track record of providing high quality financial support to senior management.
- Experience working with MI systems and the efficient production of cost reporting
- Communication skills
- Financial background and proven experience
- Track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Workflow and workload management
- Proven delivery of high-quality output under tight deadlines
