This truly innovative games studio is pushing the boundaries of Kinect and Xbox LIVE to bring a new line of family focused experiences to the world. Working with leading global educational and entertainment partners like Sesame Workshop and National Geographic, they are creating experiences that are not bound by the traditional definitions of television or gaming.

Key Accountabilities
As an Outsource Manager you will be an integral part of the team creating family titles of the highest calibre working with and developing methods to facilitate partnering with a diverse range of external companies across multiple disciplines. To ensure they hit their exacting visual standards they require a dedicated Outsource Manager to help track and communicate successfully with their chosen creative partners. This role requires someone who is able to work proactively and manage the logistical side of complex projects with multiple dependencies. You will have worked to coordinate all outsourced materials on multiple console titles. This should have included art, animation, audio and written assets.

Key Success Criteria
1) Work to determine the best external partners and work with the internal business team to manage those relationships.
2) Determine the outsourcing methods, schedules and pipelines for all art, audio, animation and written assets
3) Manage the logistical requirements of our all external partners
4) Manage the timely delivery of assets from all external partners
5) Organise internal feedback on delivered assets and sign off procedure

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential Experience
Ability to manage logistically complex partnerships
Ability to negotiate rates and work for hire plans with multiple partners

Technical/Functional Skills
Excellent scheduling and organisational methods
Diligence and attention to detail

Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills
Superb external and internal communication skills (verbal and written)
Minimum of 5 years in the games industry
Familiarity with multiple asset tracking tools and systems

Qualifications
TV/Film, Art or Animation background is essential
This is an initial 6 month contract commanding a day rate up to £250 day.
