This contract position is for a Productivity Coach. The Productivity Coach will be responsible for helping end-users overcome software problems on desktop PC's. These problems may be the result of software configuration or lack of knowledge on the end-user's part. The candidate will work in both one-on-one and small group training situations.
Key skills include:- Demonstrated ability to solve technical software issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills to balance the multiple shifting priorities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must demonstrate training or support experience for end-users both one-on-one and in small groups
- Must demonstrate good "bedside manner" when dealing with end users.
