Senior Change Manager - ERP/Shared Service Delivery
Global FTSE250 business requires a Senior Change Manager to ensure the process and business change aspects of a Shared Service transition are delivered across the Group.
It is essential you are a Change Management Specialist that has delivered the changes involved with an ERP or IT Shared Service Programme.
You will be responsible for ensuring the change is effectively delivered across the entire business, ensuring the communication, people and process aspect is successfully completed.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, changing business and be an instrumental part in the successful delivery of a group wide transformation
You will ideally be a Qualified Change Management Practitioner
You will be commercially and strategically astute with an ability to create and lead high performance.
You will be excited by a challenge and able to effect change at the very granular level across an entire business and able to communicate in a professional manner across a variety of stakeholders.
Travel will be required in this role.
