The working languages are English and French.
The service provider shall have the following expertise:
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken, written) and good knowledge of French (spoken, written).
- Project management within projects of methodology application or application on
- change management.
- Sound experience in projects that have applied successfully well established
- software engineering methodologies.
- Rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working.
- Presenting in front of large varied audiences.
- Presentation preparation skills.
- Drafting skills.
- Competent communicator.
- Customer and results oriented individual.
- Good planner, able to follow more than one subject at a time.
- Proactive attitude, communicative (ie good listener) and customer oriented.
Additional qualifications
- Engineering or Computer Science university degree.
- Competence in project management/methodology standards: RUP, CMMI, COBIT, PMI, ITIL, Agile.
- Coaching/mentoring of project teams.
- Experience in establishment of contracting guidelines for projects implemented by external parties.
- A certification in project management is welcome but not mandatory
Specific expertise
The service provider should have a specific expertise in Project Management or RUP or Agile, in particular managing iterative development projects.
