Our client, a leading National Construction company, is looking to add several Sales Consultants to their team in London.

Scope of Work:

T o achieve sales targets as required by the Sales Director. providing local market analysis & being responsible for site presentation together with close site agent liaison.

Job Duties:

1) Responsibility for tidy well maintained site, show unit and sales area (monitoring condition of stock units).
2) Qualifying & establishing rapport with prospective purchases and demonstrating the product in accordance with client's requirements.
3) Overcoming any objections raised in the course of the sale. Following progress of sale via purchaser and purchaser's solicitor (where acceptable) and advising purchaser on dealing with obstacles (finance etc.) and reporting to Sales Manager.
4) Maintaining records of all visitors/enquiries to the sales office and following up regularly.
5) Providing all paperwork relating to visitors, market analysis, reservations including accurate log of progress from reservation to exchange with dates of all telephone calls and visits.
6) Providing information and positive aspect of the development for surveyors in order to influence judgement for valuation purposes
7) Maintaining sound local knowledge combined with awareness of competitor activity in the area and providing any market analysis available
8) Providing a driving force in creating good working conditions between site sales and on site construction personnel instilling an awareness that each department is dependent on the other.
9) Monitoring condition of stock units.

Our client has specified that they are looking for someone with new homes sales experience, so you will have at some point in your career worked for a developer.
