A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Finance Administrative Assistant working for a leading mobile and broadband provider in Manchester to provide administrative support to the group procurement team following existing processes and controls.

As a Finance Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
-Liaise with accounts payable on unpaid invoices for reconciliation
-Liaise with suppliers on order management, delivery, goods receipt and any invoices where necessary
-Work with stakeholders & suppliers to resolve queries
-Ensure invoices are processed in accordance with Delegation of Authority
-Work within the agreed Procurement Policies and Procedure
-Ad-hoc administrative support as required

As a Finance Administrative Assistant, you MUST have the following key skills:
-Ability to engage with stakeholders within the organisation and external suppliers
-Excellent working knowledge of MS Office skills
-Experience working in a Procurement/Accounts Payable functions
