PHP Web Application Developer
A well established client is seeking a PHP Web Application Developer with PHP programming experience using Object Oriented techniques under PHP 4 and PHP 5, for an opportunity in the Bothell, WA area. This is a 3+ Contract Assignment. Local candidates will only be considered for this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
PHP programming experience in PHP 4 and PHP 5
PHP meta programming of JavaScript, CSS, DHTML, AJAX
Experience integrating with Oracle and MySQL
Familiarity with JQuery libraries
Linux experience and Bash Shell programming techniques is preferred, but not required
Experience integrating with external systems like GoogleApps via Web Services is a plus
Experience working in an agile team using Scrum or Extreme is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The creation and implementation of a wide variety of educational product using PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX
Work as a member of an agile team
Work closely with UI Designers, Database Engineers, and Testers
Build new features and feature enhancements for web-based systems
