Siebel Business Analyst Belgium (Siebel Business Analyst)
We are looking for a French and Dutch speaking Siebel CRM Business Analyst for a 6 month contract in Belgium to start ASAP. The role of the Siebel CRM Analysts would be to work with the stakeholders to address the incoming requirements, suggest and document appropriate solutions.
Main duties and responsibilities of Siebel CRM Business Analyst:
- Initial assessment (includes providing high level estimation of complexity)
- Detailed systems analysis
- Estimation
- Documentation - Analysis and design documents
- Peer review of technical documentation
- Support towards developers and testers
- Reporting status to PM
- Stakeholder engagement
