Description
Experienced Continuous Improvement Analyst required for an initial 6 month contract based in London.
The selected candidate will have solid experience conducting implementation impact assessments and identifying and quantifying the benefits deriving from proposed change.
You will also be well versed identifying improvements to processes and systems driving overall business improvements and challenging current priorities and norms to ensure continuous improvement.
Strong stakeholder management and an ability to obtain stakeholder buy in will be an essential aspect of this role.
Financial services experience is required and any knowledge of PPI or customer payment processes within Retail Banking would be beneficial.
