Description
Development geology experience is a must, with substantial experience. This should include experience in reservoir characterisation, infill target identification, complex volumetrics and risking, well planning and drilling campaigns.
Modelling experience (with Petrel) is a must, the more years of experience the better. This includes facies and rock property modelling, also quick modelling updates to support well planning and drilling campaigns.
Prospect definition type of exploration experience is required for the near-field exploration work.

Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills - presentation and reporting but also interpersonal communication within and outside the team. Communication with other disciplines is very important.
Willingness to mentor/help younger colleagues with geology and modelling.
ODM experience (for well correlation) and basic petrophysical knowledge would be desirable but not absolutely necessary.
Seismic experience would be a plus, this referring to seismic interpretation and depth conversion.
