Clearcase Technical Support Engineer - Amsterdam, Netherlands (Contract).
This is an excellent long term assignment to work for a major global organisation based in The Netherlands, Amsterdam. You will demonstrate proven capability to provide technical support and resolve customer issues with Clearcase in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. You will have a technical background with experience of clearcase, or similar applications is essential (minimum 2 years experience). Full knowledge of software development life cycle, especially software requirements and configuration management is expected.
Other skills:
Database architectures and maintenance; web Servers installation, configuration and maintenance; Unix, Windows, Linux platform installation configuration and maintenance; Virtualisation via VMware images; network communication knowledge.
Strong customer focus and enthusiasm, and drive are important - Ideally you will be able to speak in English & German/French as you will be tasked with supporting customers in EMEA region.
