Workstream Coordinator - Netherlands

The Workstream Coordinator will support Regional & functional Workstream Leads in all aspects of project management. This includes project planning, resource management, risk & issue management, impact assessments, progress monitoring and management reporting.

The Workstream Coordinator will act as a reference point on all aspects of the delivery of the Regional or Functional deployment and will support both Central Team and Regional/Functional programme objectives.

Responsibilities:

Support the timely production of appropriate project documentation, including, Initiation documents, Definition Documents, Impact Assessments, Project Plans, Weekly/Monthly Reports and other supporting tasks.

Support the timely preparation and presentation of appropriate reports to a variety of stakeholders including Regional/Functional and global Steering Groups, the Programme's PMO and other functions as directed.

Responsibility for the effective co-ordination of business and project resources in key events such as Impact Assessments, Business Requirements and UAT events.

Requirements:

5+ years experience supporting enterprise level programmes and projects
Willing to "own" a problem and drive it to solution
Tenacious, and keen to deliver to a high standard
Expert level skills in the use of Microsoft Project, Visio and Office tools
Effective management of inbound and outbound dependencies and any arising risks and issues
