Introduction
The sector Manufacturing & logistics is responsible both for the production and installation of wafer steppers and scanners. The department NXE System Build - The vacuum work center is responsible for qualifying components and (sub) modules.

The holder of this position reports to the Team Leader Vacuum Workcenter.
Job Description
The vacuum work center uses Residual Gas Analysis (RGA) and mobile RGA for qualification. The measured Spectra are checked for contamination levels and when passed released for production. The RGA's are highly sensitive instruments that need constant attention during operation, calibration and maintenance. The department also uses temperature oven steps for cleaning parts. These activities will be within a New product Introduction environment. RGA analysis of components; Perform MRGA and qualifications of (sub) modules; Points out recurring problems during analysis in product operation and initiates the issue resolution process; Transfers knowledge and trains colleagues on existing and newly introduced products; Contributes to continuous improvement activities with technical expertise. Report the disturbances and technical issues in an adequate way (English language).
Education
MLO/MBO 4 - 8 years of relevant work experience. Background in chemical analysis, chemistry or physics
Experience
Experience with RGA (Residual Gas Analysis); Familiarity with vacuum systems is a pre; Capable of logging the progress of the workflow and the interruptions; Experience or proven affinity with troubleshooting is a pre.
