A market leading business has a long term contract opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a focus on Change Management to play a key role in the delivery of a best in class service function to the business. Key to success will be a proven track record in taking ownership and delivering on end to end change management initiatives, release planning and coordination in addition to resource planning. This is a varied role and will suit someone with a background in service management against ITIL principles with significant exposure to formal change management processes.

Formal third level qualifications
Proven career in ITIL based Service Management
Detail and specific Change Management experience
Experience dealing with Vendors, Outsourced partners is preferred
Experience with Release and Deployment processes
